Return and Exchange Policy
We exclusively entertain exchanges, not returns, for damaged products or instances where an incorrect item has been dispatched. Should you receive a damaged item, kindly notify our Customer Support Team within 72 hours of order receipt to commence the exchange procedure. For damaged product exchanges, a mandatory unboxing video is required as proof. The video must explicitly display the package seal being torn in front of the camera; failure to meet this criterion will render the unboxing video invalid, and the exchange request will not be processed under any circumstances. Strict adherence to this policy is essential for initiating the exchange process.
Note: In case of a return, INR 300 will be levied for courier charges.

Please note that once an order is placed on our website, we do not provide a cancellation policy. We begin
processing orders as quickly as possible to ensure timely delivery to our customers. Therefore, we
